Shipping Policy

We will endeavour to ship any item below royal mails maximum size threshold, stored at our main location within four working days. We only sell and ship to customers on Mainland UK, Postage within the UK is first or second class and shall receive a tracking number, sent in a separate email to the dispatch notice.

Larger items that require courier service will be sent via our own delivery personal service and will cost according to your location. These will be packaged and delivered within 4-8 working days with full information on the progress of your delivery.

Certain products that come through our commission services may require extra time for manufacture and shipping depending on the complexity of your order. If you have any questions about your order feel free to contact us.

Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is damaged after delivery, whether accidental, intentional, or by not following any of the instructions given to you by us, then we will not accept a return or refund and stress that you check your item upon reception and contact us as soon as possible.



If you have simply had a change of mind about your item then you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with any tags or documentation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us using our contact form. You may be asked for photos to prove that it is in the same condition as it was when it was purchased.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non­ refundable. 

The delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return related questions.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
