Delivery Policy

We will endeavour to personally ship and deliver any item larger than royal mails maximum size threshold stored at our main location within 5-14 working days. We only sell and deliver to customers on Mainland UK,

By agreeing to have your item delivered you agree that:

  1. You have read and understood our Terms and Conditions, along with our Refund Policy.

  2. Your property is within mainland UK.

  3. Your property is Accessible.

  4. In accordance with the Occupier’s Liability Act 1957 the owner or occupier must take reasonable care to ensure that visitors will be reasonably safe when using the premises for its intended purpose.

  5. Our drivers will not carry items up flights of stairs or further than over the threshold, unless previously agreed.

  6. Any abuse to our drivers will be met with the necessary legal ramifications.

  7. During times where social distancing measures are in place, you will respect those distances and wear masks when social distancing cannot be observed.

  8. After purchase, within 1-3 working days, we will provide you with an option of delivery times.

  9. If these initial times are not suitable then a new set will be provided for the following week.

  10. If you are not home or haven't given suitable delivery instructions, we will not leave the item.

  11. We will not leave an item unless an occupant of the property has received it.

  12. If you miss your initial delivery date, we will try to deliver at the next available time, however further delivery charges may accrue until the item has been delivered.

  13. You will provide all of the necessary information as accurately as possible at checkout.

  14. You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non­ refundable. 

  15. The delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
